Laconia Development and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty on Oct. 26 hosted the unveiling of the SPIRE Sales Center and Model Home located at 2218 5th Ave. More than 350 guests attended a VIP preview of SPIRE’s new 5,000+ sq. ft. sales center and model home amidst a collection of leading luxury brands.

Spotlights led guests to a hospitality tent adorned by McClaren Bellevue and Rolls Royce Bellevue automobiles attended by Butler Seattle.  Inside, guests enjoyed signature cocktails by Glass Vodka poured from an ice sculpture vodka luge in the likeness of SPIRE with wines by DeLille Cellars, hors d’oeuvres courtesy of El Gaucho, live music by The Apollo Trio and a luxe photo booth to capture the fun and excitement.

Amidst a champagne reception, guests were able to explore constructed by and a  exquisite full-scale model home designed by VIA Architecture, Robin Chell Design and PCL Construction . The 1,183 sq. ft. two-bedroom residence is furnished by leading luxury furniture retailer Roche Bobois with selections by Missoni Home, accessorizing by Marc Blackwell and art by Camille Patha.  Technology is woven in throughout the center with a virtual reality tour on a life-sized display screen by Wipliance and video of one of the most unique offerings, an automated valet parking system designed by Sotefin. Seattle Magazine was the official lifestyle magazine, while Gray Magazine was the official architecture and design magazine for the event.
