new renderings and price guidance released, sales team introduced for fall 2018 presales

The SPIRE Development Team recently released several new rendering perspectives of the inspired architecture of the 41-story high-rise condominium now under construction at 6thAvenue and Wall Street.  The much-anticipated development has received a significant amount of media attention since breaking ground on June 19thincluding features in CrosscutThe Puget Sound Business JournalThe Seattle TimesGeekwireFutureCast ForumThe Daily Journal of Commerce and numerous industry blog posts. SPIRE representatives report that the sales center is under construction with the public sales debut scheduled for Fall 2018.

 

“We are well underway and will soon finalize the design details as we near the opening of the sales center,” said Paul Menzies, CEO of Laconia Development. “We are eager to share new renderings, a fully-furnished model home and many interactive virtual reality tours to help our homebuyers appreciate the lifestyle that SPIRE will offer.”

One of the more pivotal decisions was the elimination of a residential floor in order to offer more voluminous ceiling heights in all remaining levels. SPIRE will lead the market with generous floor-to-floor measurements targeting nine-foot clear on levels 4 through 23, nine-foot six-inches on levels 24 through 37 and ten-foot on the two penthouse floors on level 38 and 39. Expansive window walls will boast ample natural light while the unique triangular architecture will offer broad views of downtown Seattle’s skyline, South Lake Union and the iconic Space Needle set against the backdrop of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

 

Menzies also announced the appointment of the SPIRE Sales Team, which includes Michael Cannon, Senior Sales Director and Dehlan Gwo, International Sales Director – both brokers with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty.

 

 

“There’s plenty of excitement about this next generation, for-sale opportunity coming soon to the Belltown neighborhood,” said Cannon. “We look forward to sharing additional information just as soon as it is released by the developer. The best practice for prospective homebuyers is to register for the Priority Interest list so that we can share the latest updates including preferred presale opportunities.”

 

Cannon offered preliminary price guidance on a myriad of home plan formats with and without parking opportunities as follows:

 

  • Urban One Bedrooms and One Bedrooms(531-776 Sq. Ft.) from the mid-$400,000s to $800,000 plus
  • One Bedrooms(671-776 Sq. Ft.) from the $600,000’s to $1 million plus*
  • One Bedroom, One Bedroom plus Den and Two Bedrooms(823-1,986 Sq. Ft.) from the $800,000’s to $3.3 million plus*
  • Two and Three Bedrooms and Three Bedrooms plus Dens(1,178-2,800+ Sq. Ft.) from the low $1.4 million’s to $5 million plus*

 

*Parking option included for some homes while others are optional for an additional $75,000 – see agent for details.
