Introducing an inSPIREd Video Tour

As Seattle’s newest and most innovative luxury condominium development, Spire frames Seattle’s breathtaking landscapes with unobstructed 360-degree views of Puget Sound, Lake Union, Mt. Baker and the iconic Space Needle. We are pleased to introduce you to our newest video tour of the building.

The video, narrated by Paul Menzies, founder/owner of Laconia Development Spire’s ownership takes you through the building’s forty-one stories four hundred and forty feet above the city as Spire’s sleek and elegant silhouette serves as the exclamation point to Seattle’s skyline. Leading the way in both beauty and innovation, Spire sets a new bar for luxury high rise living. Experience it all for yourself here.

Celebrating Seattle’s iconic views through floor-to-ceiling windows, 9-to-10-foot ceiling heights, and thoughtfully placed balconies in many residences, these luxury homes feature nature inspired materials and a design to emphasize a connection to the outdoors.

Spire has five floors of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center on level forty-one and a full floor of indoor-outdoor lounge and dining on level forty. Level forty also features a reservable Spire club lounge and private dining room, all enjoying breathtaking views.

Both trendsetting and innovative, Spire incorporates Seattle’s first fully automated parking system (APS), acting as your own personal valet service. A maximum of 266 cars are securely parked on eight floors of underground parking from B2-B9. Plus, EV car charging is available (which is scheduled through the SPIRE Concierge).

“The Automated Parking System will provide parking via a fully automated, computer-controlled parking system by Sotefin™, a Switzerland-based global leader in vehicle storage systems. Residents will drive their cars into one of three transfer cabins, exit the vehicle, and initiate the parking process.”
– Michael Dennison, President of Parkworks

The first of its kind, Spire’s Automated Parking System has been the hot topic in Seattle press, including articles from KUOW, Seattle Times and Seattle Pi.

In[Spire]d living awaits at the intersection of Denny Triangle, South Lake Union and Belltown. Join our team for an in-person tour of Spire today.
