Love is LAV: inSPIREd by Location, Amenities and Views

Spire is nearly 50% sold, move-in ready and making headlines in Seattle. As the second fastest selling high-rise on the west coast featuring unobstructed views of Puget Sound, Lake Union, Mt. Baker and the iconic Space Needle, five floors of amazing amenities plus Seattle’s first ever state-of-the-art Automated Parking System, it’s easy to see why we’re successful.

New homebuyers have been making Spire home at a rapid pace! Eric, one of our new homeowners sums up the “LAV”:  As a young working adult in big tech I wanted to be close to the offices and close to where my friends live. Downtown is a fantastic area and constantly developing from the waterfront development to the 5th Ave light rail extension. Being on 6th avenue is the hub of activity from dining, socializing, working, and playing. Buying at SPIRE is a prime investment given the location, amenities, homeowner community, and lasting views.

As community is created, Spire’s homeowners continue sharing the love, don’t take our word for it. Here’s what they’re saying about Spire:

L is for Location

The location is unbeatable, it’s in the middle of Belltown, Denny Triangle, South Lake Union and Queen Anne. It’s close to my office and the area is never boring, there is always something happening, something to see and something to do. I have quick access to Olympic Sculpture Park, Seattle Center, and Lake Union to decompress and enjoy work/life balance. ~ Dan

We chose Spire because it’s strategically located close to everything. SPIRE is at the corner of 4 different neighbourhoods. We both walk to work and everywhere we want to go. There’s also quick access to freeways… and easy walkable to SLU, LU, Seattle Center, DT, etc. We even sold one of our cars. On busy weeks, I spend multiple days inside without the need of leaving the building due to openness of the floor plan and the windows. I can get my packages on the second floor (used to have a UPS box), go to the 41st floor to use the gym and then back to our place to enjoy dinner and relax for the next day to come. Also, when I need to clear my head, I can go on decent walks to any of the attractions around. ~ Amir & Marjan

A is for Amenities

Living at the Spire has exceeded our expectations on so many levels. The automated parking is such a unique feature at the Spire that people often don’t fully understand what it means or how it even works. Being able to start and end your workday by simply driving into one of the three parking bays is such a joy and ease of use that it constantly reaffirms our decision to live here. The automated parking provides a level of security that cannot be matched by a typical self-parking garage because it parks your car in an underground garage that is inaccessible by people; thus preventing car accidents or other malice intent by people. Aside from the safety factor, the automated parking mechanism is a cool feature that you can show off to your friends and family!

…The front desk concierge attendants are always very professional and respond to any of your questions or concerns in a diligent manner. The cleaning crew are always working hard making sure that the amenities spaces are clean and in working order. Walking around the amenities on Jan 1st it was so spotless clean that you could not have believed there was a large and loud New Year’s Eve party just the night before. Living here with such a great building staff to support you 24/7 really does make you feel like you’re vacationing at a 4-star hotel. ~ Lang and Katheryne

My favorite thing in the building for sure has to be concierge and the lobby. Amazing people and so kind to greet one another. The lobby is filled with natural light and is 2 stories high with a future café!  For prospective buyers, what makes SPIRE special has to be how close knit the community is, from our Facebook group page to the internal building, and daily friendly elevator interactions. ~ Eric

There are many things that I like about the building, my top three are the bike storage, the gym and the shared work space. The bike room exit leads to a major intersection which allows me to easily go anywhere on the weekends. The gym has wonderful 360 views anytime of the day, especially nice on a rainy day. The shared work space provides an additional “work from home space” and helps me focus. ~ Dan

V is for Views

The floor plans are fantastic. They were designed by a team that actually knows how to properly lay out a floor plan that is usable and furnishable. In particular the structural column location actually makes sense! There were so many condos that we visited while home shopping where the columns were located right smack in the middle of the unit blocking the views or making it almost impossible to furnish the place. Spire really stands out from the rest of the competing condos around Seattle because of its unique amenities, amazing staff, and unbeatable location to the Downtown, views of the iconic Space Needle, and natural surroundings like Lake Union and Elliot Bay.  ~ Lang and Katheryne

I love the interior layout of my home, it’s very efficient in terms of storage, living area and walk ways. I also like the large windows with views that overlook the Queen and Lake Union on the north side. Since the building is located close to the edge of the city cluster, you see a bit more of the nature compared to other buildings in the city. There are many different layout options, not just the same design repeated on the same floor. The interior layout and design is well-planned, better than most buildings around the area. I would recommend any prospective buyer to book an appointment and check out the views. ~ Dan

We love seeing the SPIRE community come to life.  Thank you for sharing your love notes with us! Our homeowners say it best, but there’s nothing like seeing it for yourself. Book your personal tour today!
