You Can Walk There: Map Out These Six Spots

On the edge of everything, Spire is situated at the nexus of local culture, world-class architecture, and culinary gems, minutes away from Amazon’s headquarters, abundant greenspaces, and the waterfront. Boasting a Walk Score of 99 out of 100, and just a seven-minute walk from the South Lake Union Streetcar at the Westlake Avenue & 9th Avenue stop, it’s easy to see why it’s considered a “Walker’s Paradise”. Here, you can experience the best of both worlds. Conveniently located where Belltown, South Lake Union, and Denny Triangle meet, Spire offers homeowners the perfect location to explore Seattle on foot and retreat home.

Map out your next urban adventure. Stroll to the farmer’s market and indulge your inner foodie. Plan a picnic in the park surrounded by towering sculptures. Experience the waterfront in the late afternoon for breathtaking sunset views and to see the city light up. Share some love for music and the arts at Seattle Center. Meet-up for swanky hand-crafted cocktails at Happy Hour. Set sail across Lake Union or admire the seaplanes soaring above.
