This Seattle Realty One LLC Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the types of information Seattle Realty One, LLC,
a Delaware limited liability company (“Company” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from you (“you”), that you may
provide to us when you use the website www.spireseattle.com, any other websites created and maintained by
Company or any services provided via such websites that link to this Policy (the “Website”). This Policy also
describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information. This Policy
does not apply to information collected by us offline or by any third party that may be accessible or linked to or
from the Website.
