Every Dog Deserves A Good Home

Spire celebrates Seattle pups with thoughtfully designed spaces and amenities that take both you and your pet pal into consideration. We understand pampering your pet starts at home which is why we’ve taken “dog-friendly” living to the next level. From the Pet Wash Station in the Ground Level Collection to The Hydrant (Pet Run) in the Rooftop Collection which is just an elevator ride away, this is one urban building that will have tails wagging year-round. Spire’s Sales Manager Larry Ahrens and his side-kick Oliver give the inside scoop (and paw of approval) on the pet amenities at Spire.

“Seattle in general is a very pet loving city. Spire takes it a step further with a dog wash/bath located near ground level so you can wash your pet off after a muddy, rainy run before stepping into your home. And then there’s The Hydrant on the 41st floor. I’ve seen a lot of “dog runs” in my years selling new construction condominiums in Seattle, but I’ve never seen one that actually included a space for our dog’s humans to sit, relax and socialize with other pet owners. A patch of fake grass does not a condo dog park make. This is a true urban dog park.”

Oliver Helps Outfit your Home. As model homes are completed and move-ins begin at Spire, we invite you to start shopping for sleek pet designs that meet your lifestyle needs. Spire has partnered with our neighbors at Boo Oh to outfit model homes with clean, unobtrusive designs which blend into any home interior. Boo Oh is owned by industrial designer and Seattle resident Jay Sae Jung Oh and inspired by her French bulldog named Boo. This local lifestyle pet brand is uniquely designed to elevate ordinary moments for you and your faithful companions. Take a tour through Model Home 2702  “Oliver’s House” and view the Lumi Leash Set and Mogo Feeding Kitup close and personal. Don’t miss Model Home 2710 “Smokey’s House” where additional lifestyle designs can be discovered. This model showcases softer shades of Boo Oh’s products where you’ll find the Lumi Leash and Collar Set in tan and Mogo Feeding Kit in light grey.

Park Play. Spire’s location makes it easy to adventure together.
Plan to spend some of your dog days of summer at nearby Denny Park, 4-acres of canine bliss. Mere minutes from Spire, the Denny Park Off-Leash Area is conveniently located in South Lake Union at 100 Dexter Avenue North in the north-central sector of Denny Park, off John Street. The park has large trees which provide shade and is carefully landscaped with grass and an assortment of plantings. Residents will appreciate the rocks and other structures for dogs to play on, plus a 4’ tall fence that encloses the off-leash area and double gates at the entrance.

Day Camp. And when you need a day to yourself, doggie day care is never far.
Martha’s Green is an indoor dog park, bar, and dog day care not far from Spire. Day Camp at the Garden offers urban pups 40 lbs and under a day of enrichment, active play, and light training with the Garden’s knowledgeable instructors. The bar and dog park opens every Thursday and Friday from 5:30-9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12-8pm. It’s a great spot for cold drinks, treat bags, and puppy play in an indoor park.
