Derek brings 7 years of real estate experience to the Spire team, with 5 of those years dedicated to new home sales. Born and raised with his identical twin in Ohio, Derek lived in Manhattan for over 15 years and now calls Seattle home. In his spare time, you’ll find Derek with his family, swimming, running and biking. Not your average biker, he enjoys rides at Black Diamond, Maple Valley, and Carnation. Every athlete fuels up.  Some of his favorite nearby restaurants to indulge include Umi Sake House, Roquette, and Top Pot – because who doesn’t love Top Pot’s fresh take on the old “coffee and doughnuts” routine?

“From an architectural standpoint, I think the two giant white rectangles on both sides of the building is both striking and cutting-edge giving Spire a real skyline identity. The bold design maximizes breathtaking, unobstructed views of the waterfront, skyline and beyond.”
