Celebrating a Year of Move-ins at Spire
It’s hard to believe that just one-year ago new homebuyers began moving into the building. And now we’re celebrating a thriving community of residents from Seattle and all over the country, making connections and new friends with a backdrop of Seattle’s most coveted views. This past year, homeowners have been sharing what they love most about Spire through photos, stories and personal notes. We’re kicking off the anniversary with a new sales promotion and sharing standouts from a Seattle Frame of Mind!
Standing proudly alongside the Space Needle, surrounded by local culture and dining, Spire has set the record for most homes sold in downtown Seattle (over 100 sales in 2021) claiming the second highest-selling residential building on the entire West Coast. Now at nearly 60% sold with 195 sales, Spire continues to sell at a swift pace – averaging over 16 closings per month! That’s at least 16 new residents moving into Spire and expanding the diverse community of our happy homeowners.
Much of this success we attribute to Spire’s unique design with thoughtful amenity spaces at every level. As we reach the one-year anniversary of buyers living in the building, we’re celebrating by highlighting insider perspectives on what makes Spire so special. Location, Location, Location.
As a young working adult in big tech, I wanted to be close to the offices and close to where my friends live. Downtown is a fantastic area and constantly evolving from the waterfront development to the 5th Ave light rail extension… 6th avenue is the hub of activity from dining, socializing, working, and playing. Buying at Spire is a prime investment given the location, amenities, homeowner community, and lasting views. ~ Eric
Pet-friendly with Park Included.
My perfect day at Spire starts on the 41st floor at The Hydrant with my pug Oliver. While he enjoys the dog park, I enjoy a beautiful sunrise over downtown Seattle and the Cascades. When we’re ready to hit the streets, our first stop is to grab a coffee in the café lounge located right in the Spire lobby, stocked with organic coffee and pastries. After that the world is at our doorstep. ~ Larry
Going Green: Automated Parking
Automated parking (APS) is so easy to use. Safe and convenient, very unique as Spire is one of the very few buildings with this technology. Finding parking is rare in downtown and also very expensive. Well thought out. ~ Shlom
Living at Spire has exceeded our expectations on so many levels. The automated parking is such a unique feature at the Spire…Being able to start and end your workday by simply driving into one of the three parking bays is such a joy and ease of use that it constantly reaffirms our decision to live here. ~ Lang and Katheryne
Fitness on Another Level
There are many things that I like about the building, my top three are the bike storage, the gym and the shared work space. The bike room exit leads to a major intersection which allows me to easily go anywhere on the weekends. The gym has wonderful 360-degree views anytime of the day, which is especially nice on a rainy day. The shared work space provides an additional “work from home space” and helps me focus. ~ Dan
