New Condominium Estates Up to 2,635 SF Showcased During Sales Gallery Celebration; SPIRE Now 25% Presold
Last Thursday’s sales opening for the newly-released penthouses of SPIRE Condominiums was marked by a dynamic “Sip + Savor + Soar” celebratory event. Laconia Development and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) partnered with local leaders in luxury to host a wine reception, featuring exhibition cuisine and live entertainment befitting the premier standards of “inspired living” that SPIRE homeowners will enjoy at the in-development high-rise glass prism. Construction of the tower is already at grade and beginning in June SPIRE will rise skyward at the rate of a floor per week.
The event took place at the SPIRE sales center and model home, where attendees mingled during live music performances, enjoying a taste of fine French fare from executive chef Shawn Applin of Michael Mina’s acclaimed RN74 restaurant with wine pairings by DeLille Cellars. And new penthouse floor plans weren’t the only inspiration in display: the event also showcased Park Place Aston Martin’s luxury 2019 Vantage Coupe, furnishings by Roche Bobois, and in-home technology by Wipliance.
“This is the first in a series of planned programs under the Inspired Living brand,” said David Antisdale, the event’s producer. “As Seattle emerges as a world-class city we will curate additional experiential events throughout the year. Luxury is right at home at SPIRE and in less than two years, we’ll be back to host the Grand Opening celebration within the new tower.”
More than three hundred guests joined a variety of lifestyle, event, and media partners who were represented at the event, including:

“Of course, the real opportunity here is to make SPIRE your personal residence in 2020,” said Michael Cannon, Sales Director for SPIRE Condominiums. “Thanks to our inspired design and unparalleled amenities, our buyers will experience this sort of atmosphere and an authentic sense of community on a regular basis.”
Cannon reports twenty new home sales have been accepted in the past 45 days and more than a dozen prospective home buyers have inquired about the newly released penthouses. He notes SPIRE leads the market with generous ceiling heights ranging from 9-feet to 10-feet floor-to-floor, and it’s full block composition coupled with enviable tower spacing (not to mention the northernmost site in the high-rise zoning) means that homeowners will enjoy enduring views.
“With the release of the penthouses, we now have a limited window of opportunity for unit combinations and home personalization,” adds Cannon. “We invite prospective homebuyers to learn about our special designer allowances but they must hurry, as final designs must be completed to keep up with the fast pace of construction.”
