Last Thursday’s sales opening for the newly-released penthouses of SPIRE Condominiums was marked by a dynamic “Sip + Savor + Soar” celebratory event. Laconia Development and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) partnered with local leaders in luxury to host a wine reception, featuring exhibition cuisine and live entertainment befitting the premier standards of “inspired living” that SPIRE homeowners will enjoy at the in-development high-rise glass prism. Construction of the tower is already at grade and beginning in June SPIRE will rise skyward at the rate of a floor per week.
The event took place at the SPIRE sales center and model home, where attendees mingled during live music performances, enjoying a taste of fine French fare from executive chef Shawn Applin of Michael Mina’s acclaimed RN74 restaurant with wine pairings by DeLille Cellars. The SPIRE penthouses’ debut has been abuzz after Laconia and RSIR’s recent release announcement, unveiling the one-of-a-kind features including homeowner customization. Located on the 38th and 39th floors, the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condominium estates (752 SF to 1,995 SF) are now being offered, along with predesigned unit combinations creating up to 4-bedroom homes (2,365 SF).
