From the French, “Chef” meaning “Chief”, the Chef Concierge oversees the concierge team. Russell and his concierge team, Heather, Victoria, and Daniel, welcome and on-board new residents, monitor visitors to the building, assist with deliveries, and make sure building systems like the LuxerOne package lockers and one-of-a-kind Automated Parking Systems are always running smoothly.

As Chef Concierge, Russell is responsible for training and ensuring the team provides excellent service for all residents, and for the Homeowners Association as a whole.
