SPIRE is awarded “Seattle’s High Rise Residential Development of the Year”

Standing proudly alongside the Space Needle, amidst local culture and dining, Spire has set the record for most homes sold in Downtown Seattle, and is the second highest-selling residential building on the entire West Coast.

And Spire just won “Seattle’s High Rise Residential Development of the Year” from the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Program. The Washington State Chapter honors outstanding real estate developments, and we were thrilled to take home the trophy. Presented on Friday night at the NAIOPWA 2021 Night of the Stars Gala, the awards ceremony honored an impressive slate of commercial real estate projects that serve the community with innovations in retail, office, industrial and multi-family development.

NAIOPWA’s Night of the Stars identifies outstanding real estate developments and activities in a variety of market types and the individuals who made the projects happen. The awards aim to honor the teams who build our landscape in this annual celebration of the industry. Each finalist project was evaluated for impact on the community, market adaptability, ingenuity, and local contributions. The 2021 event was sponsored by CoStar Group and Puget Sound Business Journal. View the full list of winners here.
